Low in fat, high in flavours

Burritos, chimichangas and quesadillas all come to mind when thinking of Mexican food — everything a la Taco Bell, fried and coated in a thick layer of cheese, sour cream and salsa. Although delicious, you don’t need to be a dietitian to know that many of these Mexican-American fast food dishes are loaded with unhealthy saturated and trans fats.
