When diet, exercise just aren’t enough

KINGSTON — Reaching your health and fitness goals is often attributed to following a diet and exercise program for a specified period of time. The idea is that if you follow anything for long enough, you’ll more than likely have great results. But for many people, staying on track long-term can be quite difficult. Things like emotional eating, stress, anxiety and a general lack of motivation can get in the way of the best of efforts and inevitably knock you off the wagon.
